As you know everything is now being back to normal. But the fact is that we all have changed we are so use to with this online work, online study etc.. That now we don’t want to get out.
Everything happen in a sudden. Schools opened, malls opened everything opened. It looks so good. But we have become very lazy. That energy is missing which we use to have before. When I went to school it was just of 4hrs but I was so tired. And even I haven’t done so much work.
I guess this is something we all are facing. So here are some things which I did and believe me it worked…
1. Arranging
Arranging things gives us the positive energy to do work. It gives us motivation and also it feels good to see our work being arranged.Like before going to school I have arranged my books , set my bag, covered my books, arranged my pen, and etc.. It gave me positive vibes and I was feeling active after arranging my stuff. And also after a long long time I get that “school vibes”.
2. Exercising
You must be wondering how exercise came over here… But exercising is very important. As we will be rushing our life back again. So we need to be active. And exercising can keep us active physically and for good mental health practice meditation.
3. Sleeping
Yeah! Sleeping because taking a sleep break is important it makes us fresh. We all have been in our home since very long and our sleeping routine is all disturbed. So it’s important to maintain a good sleeping routine. More sleeping can make us lazy. And less sleeping can make us inactive. So it is vital to have a good sleep routine.
So here is something which I did to get back in my normal life. And it helped me. I hope we all get back to our normal life..
