Everyday is a beautiful day. And there is no fixed time for you to practice self love. Before expecting from someone else to love you love yourself.
Self love makes you feel special, positive and happy. Here are some 5 ways for you to practice self love.
1) Self care
Taking care of your mentally and physically is also a part of self love. Doing some exercises, putting on some face mask, taking hot shower, and eating a good meal can make you feel good .
2) Be you
Don’t let anyone else change you. Be yourself. If anyone really want you or want to be your friend or etc will accept you the way you are. You dont need to change yourself. Do whatever you want to do be comfortable and the thing that matters is be happy..
3) Be grateful
We should be grateful for each and everything we have. It lightens our mood, it makes us feel good and positive. Take a moment in morning and night and say top 5 things which you are grateful for.
4) Be positive
